You’ll receive our full patient care for the life of your hearing instruments.

We know what it’s like to need better hearing, we live with our own hearing challenges, and we don’t want to be without better hearing.

Being hearing instrument users, we decided long ago that should one of our patients ever need to send a hearing instrument in for repair, we would offer them loaners at no charge.

We know your time is valuable, so we provide two full time and three part time Northern California office locations to make better hearing more accessible than ever before.  Redding and Chico offices are open full-time, Monday-Friday. 

Red Bluff, Susanville, and Weaverville are open during regular select days of the month.

Our protocols make sure that your primary healthcare provider always gets a copy of your audiogram and is alerted if a higher level of follow-up care is required.

Healthcare insurance can be a hassle, which is why we try to simplify your better hearing experience by having a dedicated insurance specialist available to check on any hearing care benefit you might have and bill directly to your insurance carrier whenever possible.
