Christa is so sweet
I have constant ringing in my ears, I scheduled an appointment with Christa, she had me give the hearing aids a try as sometimes it will help, unfortunately in this case it did not bust she was very help full and informative. when I do need the service I will be back
Gratitude
On January 5, 2023, I found myself with the only hearing aid that I depend on totally non-functional while we were traveling through Redding. We made a phone contact with Upstate Hearing in Redding to get assistance in finding out the problem. We were seen promptly and were serviced by Jessica at the front desk and Pat the technician. Pat determined that the receiver needed replacement. They had a replacement on site. The charge was going to be about $150. Upstate staff proactively contacted the manufacturer to check that the warranty was in effect. Replacement was accomplished with no charges. We were met with smiles all around and nothing but courtesy. We felt total assurance in the individuals who helped us. And I would seek their services in a moment if a similar set of circumstances existed in the future.

Why Hearing Loss Often Goes Unnoticed
According to a recent National Health Survey, it’s predicted that 15% of the US population has some form of untreated hearing loss. The reason for this is that hearing loss can be very difficult to self-diagnose. With it often occurring slowly and gradually, it’s rare to notice any day-to-day changes, with no way to compare to what your hearing was once like. This is the reason that our loved ones often notice our hearing challenges before we do.
If you are concerned about your hearing or a loved one’s hearing, then your first step should be to have a comprehensive hearing assessment. It’s quick, non-invasive, and the earlier you can catch any form of hearing loss, the sooner you can correct it, and the higher the success rate.
