I love UpState Hearing! They are very friendly and answer any questions you might have in an easy to understand way. They are always helpful when I walk in to pick up any supplies I need and when scheduling my appointments I don't have to wait 6 months to be seen. There is always fresh cookies, coffee, tea or hot chocolate laid out welcoming anyone who comes in. It's comfortable and friendly yet professional and ready to help.
