I love UpState Hearing! They are very friendly and answer any questions you might have in an easy to understand way. They are always helpful when I walk in to pick up any supplies I need and when scheduling my appointments I don't have to wait 6 months to be seen. There is always fresh cookies, coffee, tea or hot chocolate laid out welcoming anyone who comes in. It's comfortable and friendly yet professional and ready to help. I recommend them to all my friends and to you also. Thank you UpState Hearing Instruments, I can hear again!

Great care and service.

I didn't enjoy my visit this time. First off the girl that waited on me was 25 minutes past my appointment time and once I got in to see her I could see why she was late. She talked way too much. I do think she was trying to be thorough but the conversation seemed to be never ending. She is very nice but could be alot faster in my opinion.

I’ve been going to Upstate Hearing for more than five years now, and I have dealt with many of their staff members. I have never been disappointed with any of them. They are all five star providers!

Went to Upstate Hearing for my hearing test. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and was taken back for my test on time. All the test were given in an easy to understand way and the results were instantly explained giving several options. Thanks for your professionalism.

I highly recommend Upstate Hearing Instruments. I’ve received great care and training for my hearing aids. They’ve worked with me and helped me adjust to using hearing aids. I love being able to hear better and wear my hearing aids everyday. There is a learning curve and they’ve been very helpful. I’m so glad I had such a positive experience as a fort time user. The education they offer really helps make the adjustment to using hearing aids easy!
